If you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Return Window

You can return your order within 18 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Returns are only accepted if the product is in resaleable condition.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
We’ll notify you via email when your refund is complete.

Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
